We value your time and appreciate your commitment to showing up for your appointments. To ensure fairness to all of our guests and team members, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $25 for haircut appointments and $100 for colour services.
• No-call, no-show appointments will also be charged the same fees.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without prior communication, it will be considered a no-show.
• Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.
• Guests with unpaid fees will be temporarily blocked from online booking until the balance is cleared.
